INGREDIENTE:
Blatul l-am facut ca aici numai ca nu am mai pus cacao ci am inlocuit-o cu faina si am adaugat putin extract de vanilie in galbenusuri.
Crema de cocos,gasiti reteta aici.
Crema de vanilie:
-250 ML.LAPTE
-25 GR.AMIDON
-80 GR.ZAHAR
-5 PLICURI ZAHAR VANILINAT SAU ESENTA DE VANILIE
-100 ML.FRISCA LICHIDA SAU SMANTANA PENTRU FRISCA
-O LINGURITA UNT
Crema:
1.Se pune laptele la fiert impreuna cu zaharul si zaharul vanilinat sau esenta de vanilie.
2.In timp ce fierbe laptele,se pune amidonul intr-un castron si se amesteca cu 3 linguri de apa.
3.Cand a fiert laptele,se adauga amidonul dizolvat si se amesteca bine pana cand se ingroasa.Se ia de pe foc si se adauga untul.Se amesteca bine.Se lasa la racit.
4.Pana se raceste crema,frisca lichida se bate.Cand s-a racit crema se adauga peste frisca batuta si se amesteca bine cu telul.
5.Se taie blatul in trei.Se incepe montarea tortului.Un rand de blat,un rand de crema de cocos,iarasi un rand de blat,crema de vanilie si ultimul rand de blat.Se taie in forma dreptunghiulara si se acopera cu o crema de unt preparata din unt la temperatura camerei si zahar pudra.Se pune la frigider pentru 15 minute,se scoate si se imbraca in pasta de zara,se deseneaza folosind coloranti naturali.
