-10 LINGURI DIN ZEAMA IN CARE A FIERT LINTEA
-SARE MARINA SI PIPER DUPA GUST

-OPTIONAL O LINGURA DE ULEI DE SUSANMOD DE PREPARARE:
1.Se pune lintea la inmuiat de seara in apa caduta.
2.A doua zi se scurge de apa in care a stat peste noapte si se pune la fiert in apa curata.
3.Se fierbe circa 30 de minute.
4.Dupa ce a fiert se scurge bine si se pastreaza putina zeama.Ar trebui sa arate asa fiarta:
5.Se pune uleiul de masline,uleiul de susan,cele 10 linguri de zeama,sarea si piperul si se bate bine cu blenderul.
6.Dupa ce ati batut-o bine se aduga ceapa taiata marunt si patrunjelul si se amesteca bine.
POFTA BUNA SI SPOR LA GATIT!
Pentru cei carora le place ceapa caramelizata,se poate renunta la ceapa cruda din interior si se poate cali putina ceapa intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei de palmier(dar asa nu mai e foarte sanatos).
DESPRE LINTE:Este un aliment foarte digerabil, este lipsit in totalitate de grasimi si colesterol.In plus, semintele de linte contin izoflavoni, substante ce curata organismul.
Au o crescuta concentratie de fier, un element esential, absorbit mai bine de organism daca este asociat cu alimente bogate in vitamina C (salate, kiwi, citrice).Mai contin potasiu, fosfor, calciu, vitamina B si pretioase fibre ce depureaza organismul.Semintele de linte sunt printre legumele cele mai bogate in proteine vegetale (24%) care sunt in totalitate asimilate de organism.
