INGREDIENTE:
-500 ML.LAPTE
-200 GR.NUCA DE COCOS
-160 GR.ZAHAR
-50 GR.AMIDON
-30 GR.UNT
-4 GR.GELATINA
-200 ML.FRISCA SAU SMANTANA PENTRU FRISCA
MOD DE PREPARARE:
1.Se pune laptele cu zaharul la fiert.
2.Cand fierbe laptele,se adauga nuca de cocos si se mai lasa pe foc 5 minute,timp in care se amesteca.
3.Intre timp se dizolva amidonul cu trei linguri de apa,se adauga gelatina si se pune peste crema.Se amesteca bine pana cand se ingroasa.
4.Cand s-a ingrosat,se ia de pe foc si se pune untul.Se amesteca bine.
5.Se lasa sa se raceasca.
6.Cand s-a racit,se bate frisca bine si se adauga cate putin din crema amestecand bine cu telul.
7.Se poate folosi la umplut foi,torturi sau la orice prajitura va ganditi,atata timp cat va place cocosul.
Eu am folosit-o la umplerea unui tort aniversar.
