-O LINGURITA PIPER
-1/2 LINGURITA CHILLI
–2 LINGURITE BOIA DULCE
-2 LINGURITE MENTA USCATA
-5 CATEI DE USTUROI
SOS:
-5 LINGURI IAURT GRECESC SAU IAURT SCURS DE ZER
-O LINGURITA MENTA USCATA
-5 CATEI DE USTUROI
-2 CASTRAVETI
-SARE SI PIPER DUPA GUST
MOD DE PREPARARE:
1.Se spala puiul si se curata.Se impunge din loc in loc cu cutitul pentru a patrunde mai bine marinata in el.
2.Separat se face marinata amestecand bine toate ingredientele.
3.Se unge puiul pe toate partile cu marinata si se pune intr-o tava de cuptor.Eu am folosit o tava cu gratar pentru a permite grasimii sa se scurga.Puteti folosi si o sticla cu apa.
4.Inainte de a baga tava la cuptor se toarna putin vin sau apa in tava.
5.Se baga la cuptor timp de circa 1:30 h.
6.Intre timp se face sosul de iaurt :
-se pune iaurtul in castron
-castravetele se da pe razatoare si se scurge bine de zeama.Se adauga peste iaurt
-se adauga si usturoiul zdrobit,menta si se potriveste de sare si piper.
