-CONDIMENTE:OREGANO SI BUSUIOC USCAT
Aici puteti pune orice leguma aveti in casa.Ca sa se lege ingredientele si sa nu cada de pe aluat, puteti bate un ou si sa turnati din loc in loc peste topping.
MOD DE PREPARARE:
1.Pentru blat se pune faina intr-un bol cu sarea si se amesteca putin.Separat se pune intr-un castronel drojdia cu lingurita de zahar si cu 2 linguri de apa calduta,se amesteca si se lasa pana creste cat castronelul.
2.Dupa ce a crescut drojdia,se rastoarna peste faina si se pune cate putina apa calduta pana cand se omogenizeaza aluatul.Asa trebuie sa arate.Sa nu fie nici prea moale dar nici prea tare.
3.Dupa ce s-a framantat bine,se adauga uleiul si se mai framanta putin.Se lasa la crescut la loc caldut timp de circa o ora.
4.Dupa ce a crescut aluatul,se ia cate o biluta si se intinde pe masa data cu faina in foaie subtire.
5.Se unge cu suc de rosii,se adauga toppingul dorit,se presara oregano si busuioc si se baga in cuptorul incins pentru circa 15 minute.
