-500 ML.LAPTE 1,5 % GRASIME
-50 GR.AMIDON DE PORUMB
-O LINGURA APA DE FLORI DE PORTOCAL(PUTETI PUNE MAI MULTA IN FUNCTIE DE GUSTUL FIECARUIA)
-INDULCITOR NATURAL DUPA GUST(EU AM FOLOSIT STEVIA)
MOD DE PREPARARE:
1.Se pune laptele pe foc si se indulceste dupa gust cu indulcitor.Se lasa sa ajunga la temperatura de fierbere.
2.Intre timp se amesteca intr-un castronel amidonul cu 3 linguri de apa rece si cu apa de portocal.
3.Cand fierbe laptele se toarna amestecul de amidon si se amesteca bine pana cand se ingroasa.
4.Se pune in recipiente pentru servire.Se poate servi calda sau rece.Daca o serviti rece este foarte racoritoare avand un gust foarte fresh.La fel de buna este insa si in zilele ploioase,servita calda.
